Concentric Dial-Up Internet has more than 1,100 local numbers available for you to access our services. Use our Access Number Look-up Tool to determine if we have a local number available for your use. Since you are responsible for all telephone charges associated with connecting to Concentric Dial-up Internet, be sure to check with your phone carrier to see if the number you've selected for access is considered a local non-toll call.
Does Concentric have toll-free ("800") service in the U.S.?

Do I need additional software to get started?
You can use Concentric Dial-up Internet Service with the standard Web browser you have now. However, we also have a free starter kit that has everything you need to get online; we'll send you a copy, at your request, once you subscribe to Concentric Dial-up Internet Service.
